    "body": "<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Ahead of England&#039;s next World Cup clash against Mexico at 0100BST on Monday morning, and following reports pub opening hours may be relaxed, RAC road safety spokesperson Rod Dennis said:</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: left\">&ldquo;We&rsquo;re concerned there&#039;s a risk of a spike in avoidable collisions on Monday and urge drivers to put their own safety, and that of others, first. </p><p style=\"text-align: left\">&quot;Anyone who stays up to watch England take on Mexico in the early hours shouldn&#039;t drive until they&rsquo;re fully rested and hydrated. In reality, that may not be until much later in the day.
